Custom Design Process
Step 1 - Initial Consultation - Free
Whether you already have an idea, or are working with a blank slate, together we can discuss things like current trends, styles, themes, personal interests, materials, associated costs, etc.. We always enjoy using our expertise to turn clients ideas into a reality.
Once we are able to sufficiently get a grasp on what it is you want, you will decide if you'd like us to create a computer generated replica with some high definition 3D images and dynamic lighting videos to help visualize. Depending on the complexity, these computer generated models will cost you $100-300 per design This includes designing a CAD model, 3D rendered photos and a video.

Step 2 - 3D Model + Quote
At this stage we will go over the 3D model, review all design aspects and discuss the quote in detail. With a specified breakdown of costs, you as a customer can increase or decrease the cost of certain aspects of your design to fit your budget. For example, maybe you are under budget and want a bigger diamond, maybe you are over your budget and you would now like to use 14kt gold instead of 18kt gold to save some money. Whatever your reasons, we will always keep you informed with 100% transparency to where your money is going.
After reviewing the 3D renders alongside the quote, we can discuss any additional alterations and move forward on the next revision. Unless you decide to completely change the design, minor alterations will not cost anything extra.
Step 3 - Finalize & Fabricate
Once you are 100% satisfied with the design and quote we will go ahead with fabrication. This stage of the process often takes 2-6 weeks on average and will require a 50% deposit.
Local Or Online Consultations
All our consultations can be done in person or over the internet. Many of our clients are from all across Canada so we have been operating online for quite a few years now. While a phone call may suffice we usually video chat over the computer. This allows for screen sharing and is very easy to use. All consultations are by appointment only.
